• Are all ACE headers custom made?
• Yes. All Ace headers for your BRZ/FR-S/GT-86 are custom fabricated to order.
• What type of Ace header is best for me?
• Ace header has a lot of different options for your BRZ/FR-S/GT-86. See link for dyno graph page. If you have any questions just e-mail us at Ace@Bymer.com.tw
• What is the difference between the Type A and Type B Ace header?
• The Type A are 4 single pipes bent from the engine flanges to the 4-2 merger. The 4-2 merger is hand welded at a 15° converging angle.

• Type B are 8 pipes slip jointed from the engine flanges to the 4-2 merger. The 4-2 merger is robotic welded at a 20° converging angle.
• 
• What is the difference between a 150, 250 and 350?
• All Ace header Type A’s or Type B’s come with a 2-1 merged overpipe. The 150, 250 and 350 refers to the location at which the 2 pipes complete their merge.
• Basic horsepower and torque pattern is this: The further downstream the merge = more torque. The shorter the distance = more horsepower. So the 150 will produce higher horsepower then the 350, inversely the 350 will produce more torque then the 150.

• I bought an Ace Type B 350, can I change overpipes?
• Yes. All overpipes are interchangeable and can be removed and installed easily. (Right hand drive BRZ/GT-86 owners cannot use 350)
• Does Ace header have an exhaust system for my turbo BRZ/FR-S/GT-86?
• Ace header does not have any standard exhaust systems for a Turbo BRZ/FR-S/GT-86, but we can custom fabricate to any set-up. Email us for more information.
• Does Ace header have an exhaust system for my supercharged BRZ/FR-S/GT-86?
• Yes. Depending on your brand of supercharger (Edelbrock Supercharger, Jackson Racing Supercharger, Harrop Engineering Supercharger, Sprintex Supercharger, HKS Supercharger, Vortek Supercharger…) we have a variety of models to maximize horsepower and engine output for your BRZ/FR-S/GT-86.
• What does an Ace header sound like?
• Ace headers can sound very different depending on the frontpipe, mid-pipe and muffler. See our sound page for some clips.
• Do I need a tune for my new Ace header?

No, but without a proper tune you will not be able to get the maximum horsepower or torque from your Ace header. We recommend Delicious Tuning or other experienced tuners.
